Insurance
It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit by completing the claim forms for you and submitting them electronically. Dental insurance is a great asset to help you get the treatment necessary, but understand that Dental Insurance is a contract between YOUR EMPLOYER and the INSURANCE COMPANY. The benefits you receive are based on the terms of the contract your employer negotiates. Most dental insurance policies provide only for basic care and treatment. The amount of coverage varies, depending solely on what your employer wishes to purchase, with a typical range of 50 to 80 percent of the total charges up to your yearly maximum. This dental office did not participate in the negotiations; therefore, we have no influence as to how much, if any, coverage your policy provides.
The financial obligation for the dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you and not to our office. We will assist you in any way that we can to maximize your insurance benefits and will answer any questions you may have. Once your carrier has paid the claim, any difference will be due.
